The heart and soul of United Nine, our Interior Design and building construction is a foundation of the company.  It has a full set of services from retro fits and custom designs, to unique spaces that provide a striking, yet aesthetically beautiful brand identity. The designs produced by the interior architectural department are structurally sound and are executed by our building construction department. 

Projects have been undertaken in both the Private and Governmental Sectors and implemented with meticulous precision while being completed within the required time frames. Numerous awards have been given to United Nine in recognition of the high-quality work standard provide and for the improved functionality of the spaces.

Design Studio:

Brewing the right formula

The design division, Nine Degrees, managed by the United Nine LLC. USA office, is where our designers are assigned, brainstorm, and visualize projects. The responsibility of an interior designer encompasses all spaces, components, and elements within the environment built for human use. Our designers are capable of producing professional presentations from the client's sketches and delivering finished artwork, working drawings, or shop drawings in AutoCAD 2D and 3D, Photoshop, and 3D Max. Nine Degrees is equipped with the latest equipment and software to render all design services. We design not only spaces, but also advertising collateral from graphics to animation, furniture, and space planning to ensure that the client’s objectives are met.

Agricultural & Landscaping

In the arid, desert climate of Kuwait, agricultural goods are in constant demand. Our sister company, Floriography (90% owned by United Nine Co.), has established itself over 9 years within the local market. It has secured a foothold in the profitable floral market with its unique designs that have been catered to local tastes, thus retaining many clients (from both the Private and Government Sectors). Furthermore, the landscaping division has secured projects for the Private Sectors and true to the United Nine ethos, have executed all projects with meticulous precision while being completed within the required time frames.

Retailing

Experience garnered, from years of executing retail spaces, had laid the path for entry into the retail market . The department store, The District, houses a variety of brands including household goods, fashion, shoes, electronics, and beauty & skincare. Taking advantage of the local’s desire for travel and goods from aboard, the retail division focuses on a profitable niche market for goods that are not available in Kuwait. A variety of top quality goods are sourced from globally renowned brands in North America, Europe and Asia.

Food & Beverages

We have become involved in Food and Beverages industry through the introduction of a “Fine Dining” experience at The District Caffe, located in one of the prime dining locations in Kuwait. The District restaurant is a showcase of United Nine’s innovative design work and commitment to high quality cuisines in collaboration with European chefs (whose work experience comes from one of “Top 10 Restaurants in the World” Michelin Star) to achieve excellence by striving to become one of the premiere restaurants in Kuwait with the first Michelin Star in the region.

Governmental Tenders

United Nine is eligible to apply for governmental contracts, bid on government tenders, and Direct Orders. The disruption of the global economy due to the pandemic and its effect on the supply chain, has been led to shortages of goods. United Nine Co. has partnered with several agencies worldwide, each providing a vast network of suppliers globally, and is well positioned to facilitate Direct Orders (both Private and Governmental) as well as to bid on Government Tenders distribution of COVID-19 related products. United Nine Co. intends to bid in upcoming tenders as well as acquire Direct Orders for supplying these products.

Global Import / Regional Export

The life line of the company, the Import/Export division facilitates the functions of all other disvisions. It focuses on sourcing materials not available in the local market for special design/construction projects, products for retail division, specialty food products for the restaurants, and is the supplier of imported agricultural products for Florists and Landscapers. The division has played a vital role in most projects by ensuring execution within the given time frames as well as smooth processing of all required logistics

Real Estate

Development

UNine doesn’t stop in designing & construction, but also in monetizing and investing. The Real Estate services is for clients who wish to have a return on investment with their current real estate property, be it land, building or apartment unit(s) with UNine can see that owners are making the best out what they have. Investments in international real estate is managed by the Kuwait International Real Estate Company (REMIC) USA office.
